Mental Health Counseling

When looking for someone to work with for counseling, it’s important to feel confident in your choice. The clinicians at Enteos strive to help you feel safe and motivate you to grow. Clinicians at the practice use a variety of modalities during sessions based on your individual needs. Sessions are conducted via video online so that you can access services in the comfort and safety of your own home at times that best suit your needs.

Enteos also strives to make these services accessible to the community. We are in-network with various insurances and have a sliding scale for those that do not have insurance.

We are a teaching practice, which means we have clinicians from various schools and different levels of training who seek to work with us because of the supervision and collaborative style we implement. Your therapist works with you one-on-one, but behind the scenes, the team collaborates on treatment plans, and work together as a team to ensure you are receiving the best of care.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds and cultures and is trained to recognize and embrace all aspects of you during care. We are an LGBTQIA+ affirming practice; we strive to empower clients to fight with us against institutional and structural racism, and believe everyone, no matter the race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other label deserves access to mental health care.

We understand it’s difficult to take the first step, but you don’t have to be paralyzed into inaction. We use empirically validated treatments and processes proven to positively impact the effects of depressive disorders.
